I'm a Movement Specialist and Chinese Medicine Practicioner. I combine the two worlds - the one of movement and the one of holistic health - to help you feel your best from the feet up and from the inside out.
My movement practice is influenced and inspired by Pilates, Anatomy in Motion, Qi Gong, Yoga, Dance, Aerial and Somatics. My method is Anatomy focused, Awareness driven and designed to help you feel strong, agile and balanced in body, mind and heart.
